Looking to disrupt the real estate marketplace and differentiate themselves from the crowded field of realtor companies, Davidson Lane enlisted the help of Kendall Creative to develop and design their brand. To make sure everyone was pointed in the same direction, a brand platform was created. Next came the naming, identity, tagline, brand standards, marketing collateral, advertising campaign, signage, online marketing, and website. In less than three years, Davidson Lane has grown to 14 agents and 20 personnel while expanding their inventory throughout North Texas.
